You may be eligible to receive pension benefits from the Veterans Administration if you are a veteran or surviving spouse of a veteran and require in-home care or the assistance of a caregiver as part of your daily life.

The Veterans Non-Service Connected Improved Pension

This is a federally funded pension benefit program for veterans and/or surviving spouses. For those who meet established criteria, it provides funding for in-home care. These benefits may be in addition to VA Pension or a VA Compensation.
